Memory: RAM, ROM, Flash, etc.

VivEng team members participated in development of conventional and special types of memory IP, both full-custom and for use with memory compilers. Special types of core and support cells and circuits include 4 write + 6 read static RAM cell, read amplifier for On-Screen Display DOM, "burn-flag" cell for one-time programmable EPROM, positive and negative supply charge pump circuits EEPROM, that involved development of high-voltage extended drain LDMOS transistors.
